Support, Dignity, and Healing for Autism Families in Central Jerusalem

My name is Mina Josselsohn, and I am the proud and deeply devoted mother of seven beautiful children. Among them are twin girls who are autistic and require round-the-clock care and our home is all the richer for having them in it, even as every day brings its own unique challenges.

Families like mine carry an enormous amount of love but also an enormous amount of responsibility. When you have a child with special needs, the dedication required is relentless and all-encompassing. And while we give that care wholeheartedly, the truth is that the rest of the family needs attention too to feel seen, to feel strong, and to simply breathe together. The need is two-fold: our special children deserve exceptional, dedicated care where they can truly thrive, and our families deserve a moment to reconnect, recharge, and be present for one another.

That is why this Passover, families like mine are dreaming of something simple a little bit of rest, We together are Partners at Heart.

We want to give families who are raising children with special and complex needs a little sense of freedom right before and during the Festival of Freedom.

Join us in making that possible.Help give every family the opportunity to send the child they love and care for — day and night, throughout the entire year — to a warm and nurturing respite program. There, each child will be lovingly cared for, enjoy meaningful activities, eat well, and receive everything they need. And while their child is safe and happy, their family will have the precious chance to breathe, to rest, and to gather the strength to keep going.

Every single day makes a difference.

Each day of care costs 400 NIS. A full holiday week: 400 × 7 = 2,800 NIS. Want to give the family a few extra days to prepare for Passover? Every additional day you provide is another 400 NIS of breathing room.
